Our progressive Architecture team seeks talented Healthcare Architect. Healthcare Architects have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO....

• Collaborate on healthcare projects
• Concept to complete construction documents
• Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
• Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
• Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE...

We're looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you'll need...

• 5+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Buildings
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited 5-year program/school
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
• Will be required to have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication skills that support positive, long-term relationships.
• Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines.
• Experience and proficiency with Healthcare Building projects preferred. Education/Commercial/Institutional market experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
