Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, wound care, and assistive devices
• Ability to assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams, patients, and families
• Proficient in electronic documentation and regulatory compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising rehab aides, assistants, or students
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid documentation and billing
• Bilingual abilities a plus, but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in long-term care settings
• Current CPR and relevant certifications

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain necessary durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies
• Must adhere to all professional ethical standards and practice acts
• Availability to start by June 22, 2026
