Key Facts This position is based on the Los Angeles campus located on La Cienga Blvd and Beverly Blvd. The role involves high levels of engagement, including greeting members, preparing specialty drinks, and communicating effectively with all teams. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 hourly. Primary Responsibilities You will greet every member and guest with a polished and professional demeanor, maintaining a vibrant and upbeat energy throughout your shift. A core part of your daily work involves preparing and presenting specialty drinks with precision, ensuring strict adherence to recipes and visual standards. Organizing inventory flows is essential; you will monitor product levels meticulously and coordinate deliveries using precise receiving methods to ensure continuity. Maintaining a spotless workstation is non-negotiable, as you uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocols at all times. Vigilance in protecting company assets is required to prevent theft and ensure a secure environment for both employees and members. You will also share detailed product knowledge, explaining nutritional content and preparation methods to help customers make informed decisions. Supporting seamless operations includes completing administrative tasks, reports, and any documentation requested by management. Finally, you will uphold schedule reliability by flexing for evenings, weekends, and holidays while attending all mandatory company trainings. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed, you must hold a current CPR certification and obtain this credential within 30 days of hire. Full compliance is required, including completing all mandatory company trainings within your first 30 days of employment. You must be able to interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong written skills are necessary for creating clear reports and correspondence. Exceptional interpersonal abilities are a must, along with the capability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. You should be comfortable speaking to groups and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. About the company EōS Fitness is an anchor store at Plaza West Covina, a large regional shopping mall in West Covina, California. The mall is owned by Starwood Capital Group. It is now managed by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. The site was previously acquired by Westfield America, Inc. in 1998. At that time, the center was renamed Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. The shopping center dropped the Shoppingtown name in June 2005. In October 2013, Westfield Group sold the mall to Starwood Capital Group. During that 2013 transaction, Westfield retained a 10% equity stake in the property. The mall's anchor stores include Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and EōS Fitness. The location also contains two vacant spaces. These spaces were last occupied by Sears and Forever 21. The mall layout reflects this mix of established anchors and former tenants.
