Supply Chain Manager

Kforce's client, a growing manufacturer located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management operations. This full-time role will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting production and business objectives. The client offers competitive compensation and benefits, collaborative, team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and control processes
- Coordinate logistics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Partner with production, engineering, sales, and finance teams
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data to improve performance
- Negotiate Contract with vendors and maintain relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3-7+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
