Buscamos un Director de B2B Digital Commerce & Intelligence para liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de nuestro canal digital B2B en la región.

Este rol será responsable de acelerar el crecimiento del canal digital B2B en Latinoamérica, combinando estrategia comercial, experiencia de cliente, analítica e inteligencia artificial aplicada al ciclo de venta.
Es un rol de liderazgo transversal, con alcance regional y alto nivel de visibilidad ejecutiva.
Impacto esperado
- Acelerar el crecimiento del canal digital, la adopción por parte de los clientes y los niveles de autoservicio.
- Impulsar una estrategia comercial basada en datos e inteligencia de cliente.
- Elevar la experiencia digital de clientes y partners en la región.
- Aplicar analítica e inteligencia artificial al ciclo comercial, con foco en retorno de negocio.
- Convertir la información de producto y de cliente en ventaja competitiva.
¿Qué buscamos?
- 8 a 12 años de experiencia en comercio digital B2B, transformación comercial digital, inteligencia de cliente o analítica de negocio.
- Al menos 4 años liderando iniciativas de alcance regional o multinacional.
- Trayectoria comprobable de crecimiento de revenue en canales digitales B2B.
- Experiencia en distribución, manufactura, industrial B2B, marketplace o entornos de comercio B2B complejo.
- Entendimiento práctico de datos e inteligencia artificial aplicada al negocio.
