The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
