This on-site position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who prioritizes safety, drives operational efficiency, and fosters a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include enforcing strict safety protocols, recruiting and training staff, managing operational budgets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality or the recreational industry, with experience in aquatics management being an asset.



Proven Experience


Must have experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or recreational industry.



Aquatics Management


Experience with aquatics management and lifeguarding is considered an asset.



Leadership And Interpersonal Skills


Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop a team.


Excellent interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with customers effectively.



Organizational And Multitasking Abilities


Must possess exceptional organizational skills.


Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of park operations simultaneously.

Must be prepared to work on-site and follow the park's revenue patterns, which includes working weekends and holidays.
