Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance. Requirements: Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management or a similar role. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
