Restaurant Shift Leader Responsibilities: Lead a team and work in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain the standard of work from employees. Onboard and hire new team members. Requirements: At least 21 years of age. 1+ year full service restaurant leadership experience. Reliable transportation required. Ability to lead and supervise peers. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Passion for the business and compassion for people.
