Exec Assistant/Project ManagerLocation: Richmond, VirginiaExperience: 5+Team: ConsultingPractice: Application DevelopmentMay be asked to attend the exec onboarding sessions to document certain aspects for measurement purposes JIRA/ConfluenceCoordinate, plan, prepare agenda, lead weekly team JIRA project meetingsManage team confluence page for monthly LOB MBRProcess / Program management skills are very usefulMaintenance of existing program learning contentReceive change / update / edit requests to existing learning contentAssess content requests for reasonableness, accuracy, validate as needed, vet with Program Owner, as needed Make changes as appropriateInform users of the content (facilitators) of changes in a timely mannerManage Executive Onboarding DashboardSupport Digital Quarterly New Hire Onboarding, as needed
