Job Description

We are seeking  Janitorial Technicians to support daily cleaning and sanitation operations in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.  In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment by cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, production support spaces, and other facility areas. Your work will play an important role in supporting employees, visitors, and manufacturing operations while ensuring the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.  If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active throughout the day, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that values teamwork and offers long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect assigned work areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Restock paper products, soap, sanitizers, and other facility supplies.
• Clean entrances, walkways, and designated outdoor areas as needed.
• Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other janitorial equipment safely.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner.
• Perform additional housekeeping and facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or commercial facility is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and supply carts.
• Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
