Retail Sales & Shipping Associate The UPS Store (Downtown / West 6th St)
Join the team at The UPS Store! Located in the heart of the exciting West 6th Street district, our store serves a dynamic mix of downtown residents and local businesses.
While The UPS Store is a world-class brand, this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons. We have proudly served Austin for over 10 years and are looking for a motivated, Full-Time Associate to join our downtown team.

What You Will Do
- Deliver "world-class" customer service to our downtown Austin clientele.
- Expertly advise customers on shipping solutions, professional printing, and document finishing.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and specialized shipping/logistics software.
- Assist local professionals and small businesses with printing, binding, and laminating projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and highly professional store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Full-Time availability is required.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
- Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearanceessential for our downtown location.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- A fast learner who can keep up with the high energy of a busy city-center store.
