While The UPS Store is a world-class brand, this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons. We have proudly served Austin for over 10 years and are looking for a motivated, Full-Time Associate to join our downtown team.

What you will do:

• Deliver "world-class" customer service to our downtown Austin clientele.
• Expertly advise customers on shipping solutions, professional printing, and document finishing.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and specialized shipping/logistics software.
• Assist local professionals and small businesses with printing, binding, and laminating projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and highly professional store environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-Time availability is required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
• Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearanceessential for our downtown location.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• A fast learner who can keep up with the high energy of a busy city-center store.
