This full-time position (40 hours per week) provides a unique chance to work with both elementary (K-5th grade) and high school students, partnering with education professionals committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students across K-12, specifically with K-5th and high school populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Empathetic, adaptable, and committed to student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in elementary and high school caseloads
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse student needs
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes
- Develop and implement prevention and crisis response strategies as needed
