Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre‑Litigation Attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate injuries. Handle disputed claims through litigation, including trial preparation. Organize and maintain case files, tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks. Uphold professional ethics and compliance with applicable regulations. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the Arkansas Bar. 5–10 years of experience in personal injury law. Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills. Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures required. Must be located in or near the State of Arkansas. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active admission to the Arkansas Bar. Skills Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed.
