RBSR is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of legal experience to join our growing litigation practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex civil matters from pre‑litigation evaluation to trial. Responsibilities Handle various aspects of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts Assist with trial preparation and case strategy Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing Minimum of one year of legal experience in civil litigation Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Courtroom or hearing experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case‑management software Compensation & Benefits Pay competitive and based on experience.
