Are you a motivated and compassionate individual looking to grow your career in healthcare? We are seeking a dedicated  Medical Assistant to join our team and help us provide outstanding care in a fast-paced medical setting.

As a vital member of our practice, you will play a key role in ensuring both the clinical and administrative sides of our office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.

• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vitals, preparing patients for exams, and assisting the physician as needed.

• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, patient follow-up, and maintaining accurate medical records.

• Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and support proper billing procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Training Program Diploma (Certification is optional, but preferred). 

• Previous experience in a medical office or outpatient clinical setting preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and billing procedures.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
