Job Summary Lead strategic planning and help shape long-term growth plans for North America. Partner with senior and executive leaders to solve complex business issues. Drive cross-functional initiatives that align business priorities and deliver measurable results. Promote an inclusive, innovative, and growth-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning process. Author clear, concise strategic plans and executive- ready presentations. Build integrated growth plans that drive profitable results. Conduct rigorous market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform decisions. Synthesize complex insights into simple, compelling recommendations. Define work scopes, workstreams, timelines, and deliverables for major initiatives. Serve as the project quarterback for cross-functional teams. Develop future strategies and frameworks for new growth opportunities. Establish KPIs and measurement plans to assess strategy impact. Communicate strategies and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking. Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, merchandising, or consumer-facing industries. Proven success leading complex strategic projects from problem definition to execution. Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence without authority. Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills. Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint. Bias toward action with comfort operating in ambiguity and complexity. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
