What You'll Do Empower and Mentor : Provide review comments, enhance the skill sets of junior team members, and guide senior tax accountants in realizing their potential. Deliver Excellence : Prepare intricate tax returns, delve into complex tax research, and uphold our reputation for unparalleled client service. Build Lasting Relationships : Act as the primary touchpoint for our clients, ensuring they benefit from our holistic, tailored approach. Key Responsibilities Review Tax Returns Provide guidance to the preparer team. Qualifications Solid experience in preparing, reviewing, and overseeing tax returns and workpapers. Familiarity with client billing and time management. CPA license, EA certification, or CPA eligibility with 8+ years in public accounting. BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees in Accounting or Taxation are a bonus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with UltraTax will be a distinct advantage.
