Workplace Experience Associate For Global Leading Financial FirmReports To:Workplace Experience Lead, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadershipAbout the RoleThe Workplace Experience Associate is responsible for creating an elevated, hospitality-driven office environment through exceptional client service, workplace support, and event coordination. This role partners closely with the Experience and Events Teams to ensure employees and guests receive a seamless, polished, and welcoming experience every day.This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering white-glove service in a fast-paced professional setting.What You'll Do: Client & Guest ExperienceDeliver exceptional 5-star customer service across all interactionsWelcome guests and manage visitor registrationBuild positive relationships with clients and employeesAnticipate client needs and provide proactive supportWorkplace & Meeting SupportProvide real-time support for meetings and eventsEnsure conference rooms are fully prepared including AV, catering, lighting, supplies, and room setupConduct regular floor walks to maintain clean, organized, and stocked common areasSupport overall office appearance and workplace experience standardsOperations & Administrative SupportManage office supplies and workplace inventorySubmit and coordinate facilities work ordersSecure packages and deliveries in designated areasAssist with access cards, building security, and workplace inquiriesMaintain professionalism and responsiveness across all communicationsTeam CollaborationWork cross-functionally with workplace, hospitality, and facilities teamsSupport day-to-day office operations and special projectsAssist during emergencies and follow workplace safety proceduresQualifications3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, hotel, restaurant, or client service environments preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional, polished, and service-oriented demeanorAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift or move up to 40 lbs frequentlyComfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the dayAbility to operate office equipment and handle workplace deliveriesPlease submit your resume to apply.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
