Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU jobs at the facility in the Critical Care Float Pool in City, State let you deliver advanced care to critically ill patients across multiple intensive care units. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license for the state, and have at least one year of recent ICU experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, adaptability to float between units, and effective communication.
