Overview Kessler Rehabilitation Center Position: Physical Therapist Clinic Director Location: 275 Forest Avenue Paramus, NJ Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly Compensation: $93,000-$116,000 annually depending on years of experience Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proven leader in physical therapy to lead our outpatient center. The clinic is a large outpatient rehabilitation facility with a strong local presence. The staff includes physical therapists, office administrators, and rehabilitation technicians. Treatment populations include a wide variety of general orthopedics, post-surgical, and neuro patients. We value growth in areas aligned with staff interests. Demonstrates diverse knowledge and skills to facilitate patient treatment and staff development; supports team dynamics and efficient facility operations. Involves center management in organizational and community activities to grow the business. Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key performance indicators and influences outcomes. Communicates with Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates. Qualifications Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
