Description We are seeking a Production Technician to join our dynamic team at M&G Trailer within our M&G of Ramsey location. As a Production Technician, you will assist with the setup of new trailers, adding accessories, trailer repairs, upgrades and general lot organization. Limitless hours of overtime available. Key Responsibilities: Assemble trailers according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet company standards. Requirements: Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools. Previous work history with 12V wiring & fabrication a plus. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
