Job Details

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience to join our Charlotte office.

Requirements:

• Conduct residential real estate closings on a daily basis
• Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies
• Address and resolve title curative matters
• Handle a high volume of transactions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus.
• 2+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
• Title review experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
