SAGE Perks Team Member discount program for retailers, wireless plans, movie tickets, etc.Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.Ability to stand for long periods of time.
