We are currently looking for a dynamic and friendly Aesthetician to join our esthetic services team! Position Summary As a Medical Aesthetician, you will perform a range of professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments and exfoliation treatments. You will also offer personalized spa service recommendations, assist with enhancing spa sales, and contribute to overall business growth. Experience in a medical spa setting is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is client-focused, sales-driven, and committed to delivering customized treatments for every guest. You will report directly to the Spa Manager. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials and body treatments Ensure excellent guest services and ensure a positive experience for clients Upsell products and services to enhance the client's experience and meet sales goals Communicate with clients effectively to understand their needs and preferences Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetics, including dermafillers Key Attributes for Success Ethical and trustworthy Positive and enthusiastic attitude Empathetic and outgoing Relationship oriented Strong problem solver Team-oriented and responsible Detail oriented and self-directed Honesty and integrity Essential Skills Highly organized and responsive Adaptive and flexible Continuous improvement mindset Effective communication and time management skills Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the skin Excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques Legally certified Aesthetician within the jurisdiction of employment Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products, and services Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong cleanliness and sanitation practices One or more years of experience Comfortable consulting clients on both cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options Why Work with Us?
