Program Manager

AIApply is hiring a Program Manager to keep complex, cross-functional work moving across engineering, product, marketing and operations. You will bring structure to fast-moving initiatives — defining scope, sequencing dependencies, surfacing risk early and making sure launches actually land. This is a role for someone who creates clarity in ambiguity and is measured on outcomes shipped, not meetings held.ResponsibilitiesOwn planning and delivery for multi-team programmes from kickoff through launch and retrospective.Define scope, milestones, dependencies and success criteria, and keep a single source of truth everyone trusts.Run operating cadence: planning, standups, status reporting and escalation paths that are lightweight but reliable.Identify risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution rather than reporting them.Coordinate cross-functional launches with product, engineering, marketing and support.Continuously improve how the company plans and executes — templates, tooling and process that scale.Qualifications4+ years in program, project or technical program management at a technology company. Strong grasp of agile delivery, dependency management and risk mitigation, plus excellent written communication.
