As a Technical Program Manager within Global Product Creation, you will play a key role in the execution and delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives, with a specific focus on driving a significant, modernizing transformation in our product definition capabilities. This role has a truly global scope, supporting diverse vehicle programs around the world that are manufactured across our international plants. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and engineering, you will contribute directly to the product group vision and roadmap, helping define tactical plans and execution strategies in alignment with broader digital and industrial goals. You will translate high-level strategy into actionable user stories and technical requirements, partnering closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to coordinate the end-to-end agile delivery, launch, and quality of scalable features while managing day-to-day trade-offs and timelines. Additionally, you will safeguard delivery health by tracking key KPIs, monitoring system and product performance, participating in incident response, managing project budgets, mitigating team-level delivery risks, and identifying opportunities to leverage modern technologies like AI to drive operational efficiency. Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
