Job Description Key Responsibilities - Multifamily Superintendent Lead and manage daily field operations on groundup multifamily construction projects , including woodframe, podium, and mixeduse developments Oversee subcontractors, trades, and field staff to maintain project schedules, productivity, and quality control Conduct daily jobsite walks, unit inspections, progress documentation, and safety checks Run onsite meetings with project managers, developers, inspectors, architects, and ownership teams Maintain an organized, professional jobsite that meets company and OSHA safety standards Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues quickly to ensure ontime, onbudget delivery Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing related to multifamily MEP, building envelope, and interior finishes Oversee material delivery tracking, staging, and unitbyunit turnover sequencing Enforce the company's safety program , conduct toolbox talks, and implement safe work practices Support project closeout activities including punch lists, QA/QC, and unit turnover preparation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications - Multifamily Superintendent 5+ years of field experience in multifamily construction , commercial construction, or largescale residential projects Proven ability to manage subcontractors, unitbyunit production schedules, and highvolume field operations Strong understanding of multifamily building systems , including MEP coordination, framing, building envelope installation, and interior finishing Experience with construction sequencing, RFI coordination, scheduling, and quality control Excellent communication skills with owners, developers, architects, inspectors, and internal teams Ability to maintain professionalism, leadership, and accountability on fastpaced job sites OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) What's on Offer Compensation & Benefits - Multifamily Superintendent Salary: $110,000-$150,000 (depending on experience) Company truck or $800 vehicle allowance year end bonus 10-17% of base Project completion bonus Fuel card, phone stipend, and company laptop/tablet Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Ongoing professional development, leadership training, and longterm advancement opportunities Contact Anthony Ferrendelli Quote job ref JN-042026-7000574
