Summary We provide advanced renal and dialysis care, including hemodialysis, continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Our unit focuses on telemetry monitoring, with a 4:1 patient ratio to ensure manageable workloads and high-quality care. We collaborate closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide competent holistic care to patients and families based on the nursing process on assigned units. Administer and monitor renal and dialysis treatments, including CCPD and CAPD. Perform telemetry monitoring and support patients in a 4:1 patient ratio environment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Missouri. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 1 year of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of hire. Basic computer skills. Preferred: 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience.
