Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors. 2. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical systems. 3. Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems. 4. Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 5. Work with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and perform equipment rebuilds and repairs. 6. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages. 7. Monitor the condition of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely. 8. Respond promptly to any mechanical or electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime. 9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance procedures and solutions. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. 2. Proven experience with Allen Bradley PLC and PLC troubleshooting. 3. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. 5. Experience with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and equipment rebuilds and repairs. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work. 9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 10. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response as needed. 11.
