Talent Development & Learning Strategist (Onsite)

AEG is seeking a Talent Development and Learning Analyst who will oversee and optimize our core Talent Development Systems and execute campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and high-quality program delivery across the organization. You will manage LMS/LXP ecosystems, dashboards, and data quality, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, translate data into actionable insights, and ensure clear, consistent talent development communications in a fully onsite, five-days-per-week #J-18808-Ljbffr Aeg-Worldwide
