Work Schedule: M-F, 7:30 – 4:30

Type of Employment: Contract

Compensation: $17 - $18.50 / Hour

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from customers, and field representatives through phone, email, and written communication
• Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolving issues in a timely manner
• Support departmental operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Coordinate distribution of information to appropriate internal and external contacts
• Apply basic knowledge of accounting and policy administration processes in daily tasks
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in Call Center Environment
