We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Sales Consultant to join our team at Auto Demo Account in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales goals. You will be a key player in ensuring a positive buying experience and contributing to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and prices to close deals effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Competitive salary of $90,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
