What You will Do Work with a single customer in the home‑improvement segment. Travel weekly to customer locations across the region. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases. Team Requirements At least 18 years of age. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work. No inventory experience; training will be provided. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts. Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. No degree required. No prior experience or return to workforce; military experience welcomed. Access to reliable transportation. Working Conditions Requires standing for prolonged periods and occasional walking; use of hands for repetitive motions; ability to squat, kneel, or crouch; use of ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; travel by car and occasionally plane, including overnight stays up to 4 days a week.
