Virtual Sales Representative

ImpactBio is seeking motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption of a clinically meaningful therapy through remote engagement while contributing to a high-impact commercial launch.

As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will manage a territory remotely, building relationships with healthcare providers and delivering clinical education via phone and virtual meetings. Your work will directly impact the adoption and success of a high-profile product while contributing to a best-in-class launch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to educate and engage on the product.
• Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
• Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross‑functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product professionally.

What You Bring

• Women’s Health Care or Anti‑Infective experience required.
• 2+ years of phone‑based pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in a remote environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a virtual territory independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms.
• Ability to travel occasionally (~10%) for regional meetings and training.
