In this role, you'll provide essential speech and language services for K-12 students during the full 2026-2027 school year, with immediate start availability. Position Details:

• Contract duration: ASAP through June 2027
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 35–37.5 hours per week
• Two positions available, serving K-12 caseloads across multiple school sites
• In-person candidates only

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Connecticut, with CCC certification required
• Experience in school-based settings, especially across a variety of grade levels (K-12)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention skills tailored for educational contexts
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the special education team
• Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions in accordance with student needs
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Consult regularly with families, educators, and support staff to promote student progress
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices
