If you've got a knack for multitasking, love solving problems, and can keep your cool under pressure, you're going to fit right in.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and moreAccurately enter orders from phone, email, fax, EDI, and websiteRespond confidently and professionally to customer inquiriesManage the website "chat" feature and resolve issues in real-timeInvestigate and resolve customer concerns with a positive attitudeSet up and maintain customer accounts in the ERP systemUpdate customer data as needed and document all interactionsFollow internal processes—and help improve them when possibleStay calm, focused, and organized in high-volume situationsAssist with customer service projects and support the broader teamWhat We're Looking For:Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)Previous customer service experience preferredComfort with multitasking and working under pressureFamiliarity with ERP systems is a plusDetail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focusedWhy Express?
