Litigation Partner | Miami, FL | $400,000 to $450,000 Base + Equity Partnership | Hybrid A national law firm of roughly 160 attorneys, more than 50 of them partners, is adding a Litigation Partner in Miami. The firm is open on practice area, including commercial litigation, white collar and government investigations, antitrust, and related disputes work. Miami is a growth market for this firm, which means the person who comes in now has room to shape the practice rather than inherit one. Rates support sophisticated work and the billable expectation is 1,600 hours. What the role looks like You would join with a portable practice, ideally in the $2 million range, and real support for growing it. The first twelve months are on a fixed base. After that you enter the partnership. Every partner here is an equity partner, full stop. The firm has a working origination credit system, so partners are paid on business they bring in even when the matter is executed by another group. In a firm this size, where the practices genuinely talk to each other, that turns cross-selling into something people actually do. There is a formal lateral partner integration program to get new partners connected and productive early.
