Warehouse CoordinatorThe warehouse coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of inventory within our company. Anyone performing in this capacity must have exceptional attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate with both office and field personnel.Job Responsibilities:Submit equipment, parts, and extended warranties.Receive equipment against purchase ordersInspect deliveries for quality, quantity and accuracyDisburse inventory to techniciansKeep warehouse clean and free of hazardsDeliver equipment/ parts when necessaryTrack and manage all tools and equipmentBuild technician binsPerform physical truck inventoriesMake sure all trucks have proper safety equipmentRefuel trucks as neededTrucks replenished on a daily basisReduce technicians down time with prompt deliveriesMaintain a clean and organized warehouseAll trucks stocked with proper material, tools, and safety equipmentPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.Have good working knowledge of equipment, material and tools that are sold and used.Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.Requirements:A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.$18 - $23 an hourWe sincerely thank all applicants in advance for submitting their interest in this position.Hiller is an EEOC employer.Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks.Apply today if you have what it takes to be a part of the industry's best team in the home service industry!
