Maintenance Specialist

Position Title Maintenance Specialist Job Description This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings and grounds at Sunrise Detoxification Centers. The Maintenance Specialist ensures a safe environment for patients and staff while maintaining compliance with internal policies, JCAHO standards, and Federal, State, and Local regulations related to healthcare facility operations. The role involves communicating supply needs, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and completing routine maintenance and preventative care throughout the facility.
