Regional Manager Smile Partners USA Chicago Illinois Field Based Leadership Role Smile Partners USA is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the Chicagoland market This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth through the leadership and development of Office Managers while maintaining strong provider relationships and ensuring operational and cultural consistency across the region This is a high visibility leadership opportunity for a results driven professional with proven multi site management experience and the business acumen to scale performance across a competitive market Key Responsibilities Financial Performance and Growth Drive continuous revenue and EBITDA growth across all assigned practices including new acquisitions expansions relocations and de nouveauxEnsure each office maintains an active documented growth plan focused on provider capacity patient access and specialty care expansionPartner with the SVP to develop regional budgets reflecting quarter over quarter and year over year growth targetsOversee Office Managers in the management of practice level P&Ls and labor efficiency Provider Relations Build strong collaborative relationships with providers to support productivity efficiency and patient care goalsProactively address provider concerns and align team execution with provider expectations Revenue Cycle Management Ensure consistent execution of front end revenue cycle processes including Over the Counter patient collections at a 95 standardMonitor collections AR aging and regional financial trendsMaintain accountability for cash reconciliation at the practice level Talent Development and Culture Recruit hire and develop high performing Office ManagersBuild a strong internal leadership pipeline including future Multi Location and Regional ManagersFoster a high performance culture rooted in accountability ownership and trustChampion a data driven approach to decision making including the adoption of relevant technology Compliance Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards CDC guidelines and Georgia state dental board regulationsMaintain audit readiness across all offices within the region Qualifications Demonstrated multi site leadership experience managing large marketsBachelors degreeValid drivers license requiredStrong operational change management and interpersonal leadership skills Work Environment This position is primarily field based across the Atlanta metro area with supplemental work conducted at the Support Office or an approved remote workspace as business needs require Smile Partners USA is an equal opportunity employer All employment decisions are made without regard to race color national origin religion age gender disability marital status familial status veteran status or any other protected characteristic #J-18808-Ljbffr
