Court Name/Organization Rhode Island District Court Overview of the Position The Magistrate Judge Case Manager is located in the District Clerk=s Office and reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent manages the magistrate judge=s caseload and provides courtroom and other assistance through management of court calendars, attendance at court proceedings, and by recording minutes for both criminal and civil matters.
