Pay & Benefits

• $74,000,000-$79,000/year , paid biweekly, plus:
  • Up to 20% annual bonus
  • Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses
  • Leasing commissions

Location:  Cleveland, OH.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM , with occasional Saturday hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM as needed.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of The Shoreline. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction.

• Manage the overall financial performance of the community
• Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle, from prospect to renewal
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal, apartment readiness, and community standards
• Stay informed on the Cleveland multifamily market and competitive properties
• Create a positive resident experience through strong customer service and community engagement
• Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident referral programs

What We're Looking For

• Property management or multifamily housing experience
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team
• Strong leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software is a plus
• A positive, team-oriented leader who takes ownership and pride in their community
