Personal Injury Litigation AttorneyMW Talent is partnering with a respected personal injury law firm to hire a litigation attorney with strong courtroom experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team and handle cases through trial.This position is suited for an attorney who manages cases from start to finish and is confident in the courtroom. You will handle an active caseload and work closely with support staff to drive results.Key responsibilities include managing personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, handling discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial, preparing cases for trial and representing clients in court, drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery, and legal documents, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the internal team, and working closely with paralegals to meet deadlines and case goals.Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, an active Georgia Bar license, 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, trial experience required, strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation process, and strong communication and organization skills.Why join?
