Role QC Equipment Specialist supporting the lifecycle management of laboratory instrumentation at Moderna's Norwood, MA site. Responsibilities oversee equipment installation, qualification, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation coordinate with vendors and cross-disciplinary teams manage preventative maintenance, system investigations, equipment inventory, and quality systems activities (deviations, change controls, CAPAs) author and revise SOPs, train personnel, and support method implementation Requirements B.S./B.A. in a relevant science 3-5 years in GMP-regulated biotech/pharma labs familiarity with cGMP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), and laboratory equipment support strong organizational and communication skills Preferred experience with analytical instrumentation such as UHPLC systems and laboratory troubleshooting knowledge of quality systems and lab automation HighValue focus on QC lab equipment lifecycle, GMP compliance, cGMP instrumentation, lab troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in a biotech manufacturing environment.
