# Spa CoordinatorConover, NC 28613## OverviewPosition TypeFull-Time/Part-TimeJob ShiftHourly## QualificationsJob DutiesGreet guest, perform check-in duties, including billing, review guest’s itinerary with guest and notify appropriate person of guest’s arrival and schedule appointments for guest either in person or telephone, confirm appointments and cross reference appointments, call late or no-show guest and respond accordinglyGive information either in person or over the telephone regarding spa procedures, facilities, timetables, policies or special functionsPrepare day’s itinerary, and consultation packetsShare feedback regarding member and guests' experiences with Spa DirectorReturn voicemails to members and guests in a timely mannerMaintain and pleasant demeanor and always be willing to go the extra mile to assist members or guestsMaintain a neat and professional demeanor at all timesApply to all aspects of daily operating routine, the company values of Rock Barn Golf and Spa.Commitment to and demonstration of our Corporate Culture, Vision, Values, and Goals at all timesComplete in-house orientation program which includes policies and procedures as per the manual and employee handbookMaintain current educational notebookParticipate in all spa activities including staff meetings, educational events, workshops, inventory, or promotions.Keep all products stocked; inform supervisor if a requested product is not availableKeep all guest areas neat and tidy, free from trashAssist co-workers as neededMaintain a working knowledge of the Spa’s menu itemsKeep desk stocked with necessary supplies and work materialsHandle cash, credit cards and gift certificates in a professional, confidential and honest manner.Assist guest as need requiresSell merchandise in retail areaEnsure retail shelves are dust free and product displays are neat and orderly #J-18808-Ljbffr
