Construction Estimating: 5 years preferred Summary Seeking an experienced Estimator responsible for estimating a wide range of commercial projects, primarily in the hard bid/public market. A 4-year degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, customer service focused, and have a solid understanding of the construction bidding process. An excellent salary package and benefits are offered. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict timelines. Knowledge of Timberline or Sage products is preferred, along with a strong understanding of construction bidding procedures. Responsibilities Bid projects on a weekly basis Perform on-screen takeoffs for projects Solicit subcontractor bids for projects Requirements / Skills Experience in hard bid estimating Team player willing to collaborate with others Familiarity with construction processes Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications Good computer skills and experience with estimating software Experience with civil/dirt takeoff using Earthworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
