Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of occupational therapy treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, aligned with department objectives.
- Deliver OT services across a range of patient ages and needs within the care environment.
- Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary care team, coordinating activities with other clinicians to support patient goals.
- Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans to optimize function and safety.
- Promote patient and caregiver education, safety, and adherence to therapy plans.
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, quality measures, and facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to work in an inpatient/general care setting and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to work daytime hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Strong documentation, communication, and patient care skills
