Strategic Business Planning Analyst

Develop and update strategic planning templates and communications Update the strategic roadmap and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms Define strategic planning processes, priorities, capabilities, and measures of success Coordinate development of the strategic planning process with the PMO and other functional leads Coordinate with peers across the organization to develop and execute a holistic strategic planning process Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation Assist with escalated issues involving priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives Prepare presentations for delivery to specific audiences Support management in identifying, prioritizing, executing, and measuring results for strategic business priorities Maintain strategic roadmap and business intake project portfolios Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Five years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment or planning/consultant role Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and influence others toward strategic goals Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategy planning, tactics, and root-cause analysis Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycles Proficiency using MS Office tools Insurance/financial services experience preferred Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology preferred Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship or employer-of-record immigration support Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in strategic planning processes, including the development and execution of strategic roadmaps and dashboards.
