District Sales Manager

East Coast Manager - SWAN Analytical USA, Inc. District Sales Manager — Analytical Instrumentation Based in the Denver, CO, area | Regional Travel Required Swan Analytical USA Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Make an Impact. Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high-precision water analysis instrumentation, and we’re looking for a District Sales Manager to join our team in the Denver, CO area. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who thrives at the intersection of science and business — someone who enjoys connecting technology with customer needs to deliver real-world value. What You’ll Do Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building. Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts. Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions. Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners. Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success. Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback. Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. ️ A typical week includes office days in Irvine on Mondays and Fridays, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business , or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite . Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
